Account Information Printable

First up– the account information printable! This printable has space to note the names of the account holders and the financial institution. We can then record the account and routing numbers. And we can also write down the contact information of the person at our financial institution that we would call with questions about our account.

Since nothing is more frustrating than not being able to get into our online account when we need to access our information, there’s room to write our username and password so we don’t forget. Finally, we can make any notes we have that are pertinent to this particular account.

This page has space to record information for three accounts. If you have more accounts you need to track, simply print out more copies of this sheet and you’ll be good to go!

Credit Card Information Printable

The credit card information page is very similar to the account information sheet. There’s space to note the name of the person on the card. We can also note the name of the card company.

Next we can write down the card type (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). We’ll note the date the payment is due each month.

There’s a line to write the card number and the expiration date on the card. We also have space to enter the CVC (the little 3 or 4 digit code on the back of the card) and the credit limit of that particular card.

Again, we can record our online login information, with room to write our username and password. Keep any important notes regarding that card on the final line in each box.
